These are the fastest ways to recover a song, download your MP3, request revisions, or get help with a payment.
How do I find my song again if I lost the link or email?+
Go to your dashboard and sign in with the same email address you used when creating or buying the song. If you used a different email or still cannot find it, use the support form with your name, the song topic, and any email addresses you may have used.
How do I download the MP3?+
After your song is unlocked, open your project from the dashboard and look for the download option. You can download the full MP3 from there. If the download link is missing or not working, contact support and we will resend it.
Can I share my song on Facebook, YouTube, or with family?+
Yes. From your project in the dashboard, you can download the MP3 or use your gift/share link to send it to family and friends. If you want to post it publicly, you can upload the downloaded audio or share the gift link.
How do revisions work before and after purchase?+
Before purchase, you can preview your song and use the included preview refinements. After you unlock the song, revisions are included for that same project. Open the song from your dashboard to request changes or send us the details through support.
Can I go back to an earlier version if I dislike a revision?+
Yes. If a newer revision moved too far from what you liked, tell us which version you preferred, such as "the first version" or "the softer version." Use the support form or reply to your song email and we can help restore or point you back to it.
Can you fix a name pronunciation?+
Yes. Send us the name and spell out how it should sound phonetically, for example: "Patthoumma should sound like Paat-toom-mar." If everything else should stay the same, say that too. You can request this from your project or through the support form.
Can I change the singer voice, gender, tempo, genre, or mood?+
Yes, in most cases. Tell us what you want changed, such as "female voice," "slower and softer," "less country," "more R&B," or "more emotional." Open the song from your dashboard or send the details through support.
Can I edit specific lyrics or fix a wrong story detail?+
Yes. Send the exact lyric, word, name, or story detail that is wrong, plus what it should say instead. If you want the rest of the song kept the same, include that in your request from the project page or the support form.
What exactly do I get after I unlock/pay?+
Unlocking gives you access to the full song, full MP3 download, your project page, gift/share tools, and post-purchase revisions for that same song. After purchase, you can manage everything from your dashboard.
How will I receive the full song after payment?+
You will receive access by email and in your dashboard. Sign in with the same email address used at checkout to open, download, and manage your song.
What should I do if I paid but do not see my order?+
First check the dashboard with the email used at checkout. If the song still does not appear, contact support with the checkout email, any alternate email you may have used, the song topic or recipient name, and a receipt or payment screenshot if available. We will match the payment to the correct song.
Can I send the song as a gift link?+
Yes. After unlock, open your project from the dashboard to create or use a gift/share link. If the gift link is missing or will not send, contact support and we will help.
What is the refund policy?+
If something is wrong, contact us first so we can help fix the song, restore a version, or resend access. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially when there is a delivery, access, or quality issue we have not been able to resolve. You can start with the support form.
How long do revisions take?+
Most revisions are handled one at a time as quickly as possible. Timing can vary depending on the change, but we will keep working with you on the same project until the request is handled. If you have not heard back within 1 business day, contact support with the same email used for your song.
Do you keep copies of my songs if I lose mine?+
Yes, in most cases we can recover your song from your project or dashboard. Start by checking your dashboard. If you still cannot find it, contact support with the email used, song title or topic, and recipient name so we can find it.
