Help with your song

Open My songs and sign in with the email you used at checkout. Your song also has a link in your confirmation and song-ready emails. Check spam or promotions. If the order is missing or has taken longer than the timing on your receipt, tell our team the recipient’s name and checkout email.

Open Songs in your project. Choose the recording you want, then select Download. On a phone, the MP3 is usually saved in Files or Downloads. If playback or download fails, try reopening your song link, then tell our team which recording and device you are using.

In Songs, select your original or second song and choose Request changes. Tell us what to adjust and what to keep. For a name, write how it should sound. Changes apply to the selected recording; its earlier versions remain in Revision history. You can also send your request directly to our team.

Your original and second song appear separately under Songs. If your package includes a second style, choose it in Keepsake. While it is being created, your original stays available. A revision belongs to its selected recording; it does not replace the other song. If the second song needs help, our team can check it.

Open Keepsake and choose a photo. Check the crop preview, then select Save photo. Once saved, it appears on your keepsake, gift page and lyric sheet. Use Change photo to replace it. If saving fails, the previous saved photo stays in place; try again or tell our team what happened.

Open Gift & share to choose the opening song, included recordings and your note. Save gift keeps those choices. Preview shows what your recipient will see without marking it opened. Copy the link to share it yourself, or use Send by email. A saved draft is not an emailed gift.

In Keepsake, choose the recording for your lyric sheet and select Download PDF. Pick A4 or US Letter, then save the file to your device. Your saved photo and the selected recording’s lyrics are included. You can print that PDF at home or take it to a print shop.

In Songs, select the original or second song, then open Revision history. Listen to the version you prefer and use its restore action where available. If you are unsure which version to choose, our team can help find it.

Open your order details to check the items and total. For an unexpected or duplicate charge, send our team the checkout email and receipt so they can match it to the right order. Please do not include your full card number. The FAQ guide cannot approve or issue refunds.

You can ask our team for a refund. Tell them what happened and include your order or checkout email. They will review your purchase and help with the next step. This guide cannot issue a refund or confirm that one has been processed.
